Air Alert Week 15 Mid Week Update

Hey Edelman,

Simple Air Alert question: does the order of exercises matter? I've been doing them in the order they're listed on the chart, but it seems somewow odd to do squat hops AFTER burnouts, especially since squat hops are probably the most technique-dependent exercise.

So, what was the final result for your vert?

tarr: yeah i think the order does matter. the reason i say this is because you aren't supposed to rest between exercises, just between sets, meaning that i think they ordered the exercises so that you're working one set of muscles, and then you go into another exercise with the previous muscles worked, which may provide some benefit in some way.

final result was about 10"-11". not bad for a short jewish kid :) if i do the program again i should be able to touch the top of the rim instead of midway up the rim box.

OK, sounds good. I'll stick the the program, and just really concentrate on the form on those squat hops.

10"-11" would almost definitely be enough for this tall Jewish kid to dunk with two hands. I'll take it.

Off to do my last set of thrust-ups, followed IMMEDIATELY by burnouts. Cheers.
